Hongbright集团已将不使用“冲突矿产”纳入供应链管理，并确保本公司提供的产品不使用上述“冲突矿产”。

同时承诺：

1）与供应链合作伙伴共同持续关注“冲突矿产”议题，致力详实调查供应链;

2）不接受来自刚果民主共和国及其周围的国家和地区的“冲突矿产”;

3）协同供应商追溯所有产品中所含的钽(Ta)，锡(Sn)，金(Au)和钨(W)来源，以确保这些金属不是来自“冲突矿产”;

4）倡议供应商将此要求传达给其上游供应商。

Declaration of Metal Conflict Free

Hongbright Group abides by Article 1502 of the “Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act”, and does not purchase and use Tantalum,Tin,Gold and tungsten, or its derivatives (collectively referred to as "Conflict Minerals") from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries and any armed forces controlled areas in these countries.

Hongbright Group has incorporated the unused "conflict minerals" into the supply chain management, and ensured that the products provided by our company do not use the above-mentioned "Conflict Minerals".

Also promise:

1) Work with supply chain partners to continuously pay attention to the issue of "Conflict Minerals" and strive to investigate the supply chain in detail.

2) Do not accept "Conflict Minerals" from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries and regions.

3) Cooperate with suppliers to trace the sources of tantalum ,tin, gold and tungsten contained in all products to ensure that these metals are not from "Conflict Minerals".

4) Initiate suppliers to convey this requirement to their upstream suppliers.
